Lessons are all held online. There are three LIVE lessons a week plus monthly special event lessons and / or workshops. You can also opt to receive a recording if the day / time doesn't work for you:

Tuesday's (9.30-10.45am) and Thursday's (9.30am-10.30am): Movement for Back Care - suitable for complete beginners, those looking for a gentle practice or those seeking to improve back and pelvic pain. This practice includes a combination of yin, yin and yang yoga, qi gong and therapeutic movements for back pain. It's suitable for all. 

Sunday's 10-11am - Yin and Qi Gong - suitable for complete beginners and those with prior yoga or movement based practice. This practice includes a flowing sequence of qi gong movements (most are simple and can be picked up quickly), acupressure, tapping and yin yoga. Following the principles of Chinese Five Element theory to get energy moving more effectively throughout the body. 

I also hold additional monthly evening lessons on a Wednesday as well as a series of six workshops throughout the year. The next workshop will be on Wednesday 6th October on how to find greater ease and enjoyment in backbending postures and will include examples of why some find backbending easier than others as well as a chance to practice a short sequence that will finish with some progressive backbending options. 

Yoga lessons are available on a pay as you go basis for £8 or £10 per online lesson (depending on length) or if you would like to book a block of 10 online lessons, this is £65 (i.e. one free lesson) this is also now bookable online via PayPal or you can email me at marshyoga@outlook.com and I will send you bank transfer. 10 lessons must be used up within six months of paying for a 10 lesson block. I now also have a brilliant value monthly membership with access to all my weekly live lessons and recordings plus special events and extra lessons for just £25 a month. 

You can book and pay for these lessons using the 'BOOK NOW' buttons and once booked I will send you a link to the live stream on ZOOM. You will need to download the ZOOM.US app or software to your laptop / tablet / ipad / phone (NOTE: You do NOT need to 'sign up' or create an account. It is free for you to use it).
