Service Description

My unique movement for back care practice combining movements to help ease stiff and painful backs. This lesson also provides a wider range of mobilisation for all joints and keeps you moving more freely. Movements taken from yin and yang yoga, qi gong and therapeautic back and pelvis exercises.
