I am 63 and been married to my farmer husband for 36 years. We have two grown up children Edward 34 and Emma, 31. I retired 3 years ago from my job as agardener at the Rare Breeds Centre. I injured my left knee 20 years go which didn’t stop me take up cycling or doing my gardening job but I twisted it badly and realised that it was deformed slightly and a consultant told me I had end stage arthritis on the inside of the knee. I took up yoga with a friend that I played tennis with. I then joined your class at the Marsh Academy and felt the benfit of yoga phyically and mentally and was so delighted to find you online this year!
